Driver payouts
Drivers ask to be paid when their balance reaches the minimum. Pay each claim by bank transfer (a weekly batch on Friday works well), then record the bank reference.

Store checks: New & Verified
Phone, email and visit each store, ticking each. With all three ticked, give it New: it then ranks above stores not yet checked. A New store becomes Verified on its own at 4.5★ over 10+ reviews, or give Verified yourself. Removing either needs a reason; everything is logged in the TrustLog tab.
Wholesaler & distributor verification
Call each wholesaler, then mark them verified.

Stock tracking use and failed syncs.

Featuring payments
5c per product per day. Unclear receipts wait here: check, then approve or reject. Every few days tick Seen in bank for payments in account 906149 — unticked featuring stops after 7 days.
Seller campaigns
Email campaigns sellers pay for at A$0.10 a day by ANZ transfer. Verify a payment only after you see it in the bank with its MWC reference, then check the email and approve it. Nothing sends until both are done.
